Albana di Romagna docg passito Solara Celli 2014. Alcohol content 12.5% of vol. 100% Albana grapes.  The grapes are harvested in small crates and placed in the fruit room for 45/60 days. After fermentation, the wine ages in barriques for 8/10 months. Beautiful bright and sparkling amber colour. Dense. Albana di Romagna docg I Croppi. Alcohol content 14% vol. 100% Albana grapes. The wine is only aged in steel casks. Intense straw yellow colour with golden hints and good density. On the nose, scents of apple, peach, hazelnut, citrus fruit and summer flowers, with a mineral touch. In the mouth the wine is fresh, full-flavoured, mineral, with a slight almond taste. The wine is quite simple, but pleasant to drink. You can match it with rise with leeks, speck or grilled squids.
